How to read a supplement label without getting sold to
Proprietary blends, underdosing and vague claim language. A short guide to checking any label, including ours.

Look for amounts, not names
A long ingredient list means very little if the amounts sit inside a blend. The useful question is how much of each thing is in one serving.
If a brand will not publish that, treat the list as marketing rather than information. It is also why our ingredient pages publish the amount of each ingredient in 6 capsules rather than hiding behind a blend.
Watch the verbs
Cure, treat, prevent and detox are the words regulators care about most, and the ones careful brands avoid.
We hold our own copy to the same test. If a sentence would not survive being asked what evidence sits behind it, it does not go on a product page.
