Journeyz is not selling directly through this website at the moment, so there is no website checkout policy in force here. If you have an earlier order, we will look at it individually.
No online ordering on this site
www.journeyz.shop is not currently accepting online orders. Because you cannot buy through this website right now, there is no website checkout return or refund policy to apply to a new purchase here. If that changes, the terms that apply to an order will be shown as part of that checkout.
Existing or earlier Journeyz orders
If you bought Journeyz previously, or through another sales channel, email hello@journeyz.shop with your order reference and a short description of what happened. We will review the specific order and the terms that applied to it, then come back to you.
Orders placed through another seller
Where a purchase was made through a different retailer or marketplace, that seller's own returns and refunds terms govern the transaction. Contact them first. If you are not sure who handled the sale, write to us and we will help you work it out.
