FAQ
Questions and answers
The questions we get asked most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, the contact page reaches a person.
System
- What is the Before and After system?
- Two formulas named for two points in a day. Before is the one named for ahead of a demanding day, After is the one named for once it is over. The names describe timing and nothing else, and taking both in the same day is a question for a qualified healthcare professional rather than something the pairing settles.
- What does the Before phase actually mean?
- It is a timing label, not a promised outcome. It tells you where the product sits in a routine: the thing you take before the effort starts.
- Is this only for festivals and nightlife?
- No. That is where the brand started and it is still a real use case, but the same two part structure fits travel, training, long shifts and adventure days.
Products
- Where is the full ingredient list?
- Each product page publishes the full ingredient list with the recorded amount of each against 6 capsules, taken from the signed manufacturing record. That basis is how the formula is measured, not a direction to take six. The ingredient library explains what each one is and what form it comes in.
- Are the products vegan, vegetarian or allergen free?
- The capsule is a veggie capsule and the other ingredients are rice flour and magnesium stearate. We have not verified an allergen statement here, so read the pack, since that is the version tied to the batch you have.
Labels and use
- How do I take the products?
- Follow the directions printed on the product label. We have not verified the current printed directions for either formula, so nothing on this site should be treated as a serving instruction. The amounts we publish are measured against 6 capsules because that is the basis the manufacturing record uses.
- Can the two products be taken together?
- We do not know, and being sold as a pair does not answer it. Both formulas contain the same active ingredients at the same amounts, so taking both in one day means taking those ingredients twice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional to review both formulas alongside any medicines or other supplements you take, follow the directions on each pack and do not exceed the servings stated.
- Is there a recommended age?
- The products are not for use by anyone under 18.
Quality
- How are the products tested?
- The formulas are made to a signed manufacturing record by a contract manufacturer, and each production run has its own batch documentation. We do not publish test results here because none has been verified for this version of the site. If you want to know what paperwork exists for a specific batch, ask us and we will tell you what we hold.
- Do you publish research?
- No. Ingredient entries describe what an ingredient is and, where it applies, a recognised role of that nutrient in general. Those are separate from anything about the finished formulas, and we do not summarise studies to imply an outcome that has not been established for these products.
Ordering
- Why can I not add anything to a cart yet?
- There is no store connected to this version of the site, so there is no cart, no price and no stock figure anywhere on it. Nothing here is a working checkout waiting to be switched on. If ordering opens later, the terms will be shown as part of that checkout.
- What are the shipping and returns terms?
- Online ordering is not available through this site, so there are no shipping rates, delivery windows or checkout returns terms to quote here. If you have an earlier Journeyz order, email us with the order reference and we will look at it individually.
- Do you offer subscriptions or wholesale?
- Neither is running at the moment. Wholesale and stockist enquiries can be sent through the contact page.
Safety
- Are these products suitable for everyone?
- No. They are not for anyone under 18. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
- Do you make medical claims?
- No. These are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We hold our own copy to that standard.
- Do you give guidance about drugs or drug interactions?
- No. We do not publish dosing, interaction or substance specific guidance as product advice. Questions of that kind belong with a qualified healthcare professional.
