Privacy policy

What we collect

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell anything, so we hold no order or payment information about you. Server logs may record the pages requested along with an IP address, which we use for security and reliability. The only information you actively give us is your email address, through the updates form.

Email updates and consent

When you submit the updates form we store your email address, the date and time you subscribed, the page you subscribed from, the exact consent wording shown to you and any campaign parameters or referring page in the link you arrived on. We keep that record so we can show why we are allowed to email you.

We do not store your IP address alongside your subscription. For spam and abuse prevention we store a one way hash derived from coarse request characteristics. It cannot be turned back into an IP address and it is not used to profile you.

This is a single opt in list for Journeyz brand and product updates only. It is never used for order or transactional messages and it is kept separate from every other list operated by the same owner. Subscribing here does not subscribe you to anything else, and we do not import addresses from other lists into it.

Unsubscribing and suppression

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@journeyz.shop. When you unsubscribe we add your address to a suppression record so a later form submission cannot quietly re-add it. That entry exists to honour your choice and it is not used to email you.

Service providers

Subscriber and consent records are stored with Airtable, which processes them on our behalf. Hosting providers process the request data needed to serve these pages. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only where it is necessary to operate the site or where the law requires it.

Security and anti-abuse

Form submissions pass through automated checks that block bots and repeated abusive requests. Those checks use short lived technical signals attached to the submission itself. Access to subscriber records is limited to the people who run the list.

Analytics

No third party analytics provider is connected to this site, so your browsing here is not tracked across sessions or across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@journeyz.shop and we will review the request and respond as required by applicable law.
