Stellar Surge is the Before formula and Afterglow Accelerator is the After formula. The names say where each one sits in a day, before the demanding part or after it, and nothing more. Both contain the same 7 active ingredients at the same amounts, and Afterglow Accelerator adds 100 mg of 5-HTP. Every amount is published, taken from the signed manufacturing record. ## Where each formula sits in a day - **Before:** The Before formula is named for the point in the day before the demanding part starts. How and when to take it comes from the directions on the pack. - **The demanding part:** The flight, the event, the training session or the shift. There is no Journeyz product for this part. Water, food and rest matter here and no supplement replaces them. - **After:** The After formula is named for the point once the demanding part is over. It contains the same actives as the Before formula plus one more, 5-HTP.
